The European central bank has increased pressure on financial system in Greece,a day after the Greek people rejected the term of the international bailout.The ECB refused to increase emergency lending to Greece banks in order to provide them with more security for existing emergency loans.Mark Lowen reports from Athens.

The leaders of France and Germany have called for an urgent resolution to the debt crisis,not just for the Greece, but for the whole of Europe.A Greek government minister George told the BBC that debt relief would be central in any new plans.

Parliament in Hungary has passed new legislation giving the government powers to close the country’s borders to all migrants, and also proved the construction of four-meter high reservoir fence along the border with Serbia. The addressing parliament in Budapest before the vote ,the foreign minister Péter Szijjártó said Hungary was trying to do what the huge in floods of migrants.

Foreign ministers from Iran and six world powers have been meeting in the Austria capital Vienna to try to reach a final agreement on Tehran’s nuclear program before Tuesday night.An earlier deadline for a deal was missed last week.Both sides said there are points still need to be resolved,but the agreement is possible.

New rules have come into force in Brazil aimed limiting the very high number of in caesarean birth.The rules have obliged hospitals to inform women about the risks and sign a a consent form before opting caesarean.Doctors will also have to justify why a caesarean birth was necessary.85% of all births in Brazilian private hospital are caesareans and in public public hospitals the figure is 45%.

The Nigeria military says it released more than 180 people in detained on suspicion with heavy links with the extremist group Boko haram, a military spokesmen said those released to be screened to ensure they were innocent.

The authority in Canada are deploying more than a thousand of troops to help fight wild fires in the western province Saskatchewan.The fire has forced the evacuation of around 13,000 people and threatening several remote towns.
