Syria’s President Bashar al-Assad has cast doubt on whether a ceasefire proposed for later this week can be implemented. The cessation of hostility was agreed by world Paris in a security meeting in Munich last week. But President al-Assad said the cease fire did not mean that each party will stop using weapons. In televised remarks, he said any cessation of hostilities should be aim to create stability and stop called terrorists from strengthen their positions.

The scientists from university of New South Wales say this is impeding penguins breeding attempts. They’ve seen 1000 carcasses and abandoned eggs.
