At every recipe fair we've invited some very special guests to feed the recipe fair visitors.

Yeah, and today, it's the Gurkhas.

They are here to feed and inspire our mums with some of their favourite supper dishes.

It's impossible because when you tell anybody what you do - get all the ingredients, put it in apan,bash t' hell out of it,pour it in to your dish,

bung it in the oven and it comes out with a pastry base, custard middle and a coconut-spongetop.
