In some cities, more road accidents occur each year.People are therefore much con cemed about the traffic security problems.Some people say that traffic accidents are unavoidable.They argue that nowadays traffic is much heavier than it used to be.Modem society lives on the basis of various kinds of vehicles. So it is impossible to eliminate traffic accidents.
