影子練習(xí)－跟讀訓(xùn)練　為口譯打基礎(chǔ)

影子練習(xí)(shadow-exercise)，即跟讀訓(xùn)練。這種方法就是用同一種語言幾乎同步地跟讀原語發(fā)言人的講話，它可以訓(xùn)練聽說同步技巧和注意力的分配。剛開始訓(xùn)練時可以和原語同步開始，待操練了一陣子后，可以遲于原語片刻至一句話的時間跟讀。跟讀時耳朵、嘴巴和大腦要一起派上用場，耳朵聽、嘴巴說、腦子記。這是需要精神非常集中的一種練習(xí)，也是提高語速、提高理解速度、修改語音語調(diào)的最好方法。在高語速條件下，邊跟讀邊完全理解語義是有相當(dāng)難度的，但這種訓(xùn)練能為口譯打下扎實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。各種新聞、談話節(jié)目、研討會、音樂體育節(jié)目、演講等都是上好材料。

另外還可增加一些“干擾性”練習(xí)，譬如一邊聽、一邊寫些不相關(guān)的內(nèi)容，如數(shù)字、人名等，分散使用注意力，那樣效果會更好。

下面舉一例進(jìn)行說明：

這是一段速度較快的VOA原聲錄音，給學(xué)生做跟讀材料時要視學(xué)生的當(dāng)前水平而定。一般可以有三種訓(xùn)練方法：

1.單純做跟讀訓(xùn)練，看看他們能不能完全跟下來;

2.在做跟讀訓(xùn)練的同時，要求學(xué)生手上寫數(shù)字，比如要求他們從100寫起，99，98，97這樣倒退著寫，培養(yǎng)多項(xiàng)任務(wù)同時處理的能力;

3.在完成跟讀和干擾性訓(xùn)練之后，馬上要求學(xué)生用原語概述所聽到的原聲錄音的內(nèi)容。筆者曾在執(zhí)教的班級嘗試這些方法，一開始學(xué)生覺得無法適應(yīng)，但是久而久之，學(xué)生普遍感到收益菲淺。

口譯是一項(xiàng)語言技能，考生可以通過平日的技能訓(xùn)練，悟出其中的一些門門道道。
