IBM(國際商業(yè)機(jī)器公司)或萬國商業(yè)機(jī)器公司，簡稱IBM(International Business Machines Corporation)。總公司在紐約州阿蒙克市。1924年托馬斯·沃森創(chuàng)立于美國，是全球最大的信息技術(shù)和業(yè)務(wù)解決方案公司，擁有全球雇員 30多萬人，業(yè)務(wù)遍及160多個國家和地區(qū)。

該公司創(chuàng)立時的主要業(yè)務(wù)為商業(yè)打字機(jī)，之后轉(zhuǎn)為文字處理機(jī)，然后到計(jì)算機(jī)和有關(guān)服務(wù)，2011年IBM在中韓兩國行賄被罰1000萬美元。2013年9月19日，IBM收購了英國商業(yè)軟件廠商Daeja Image Systems，打算將其并入軟件集團(tuán)和企業(yè)內(nèi)容管理(ECM)業(yè)務(wù)。2014年1月9日，IBM宣布斥資10億美元組建新部門，負(fù)責(zé)公司最新電腦系統(tǒng)Watson。

北京時間2014年12月17日，歐盟委員會表示，已批準(zhǔn)了漢莎航空公司將其IT基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施部門出售給美國國際商用機(jī)器公司(IBM)的交易。

2016年6月8日，《2016年BrandZ全球最具價值品牌百強(qiáng)榜》公布，IBM 排第10名。

IBM has its origins in the nineteenth century. It was founded in 1896 as the Tabulating Machine Company by Herman Hollerith. It was listed on the New York Stock Exchange in 1911 as theComputing Tabulating Recording Corporation and became International Business Machines in 1917. Today its business is computer systems, software and hardware, semi-conductors, and IT consulting services. The company employs 400,000 people worldwide. Its staff have won five Nobel Prizes among numerous other international awards. According to its website, these IBMers share the corporate value of “innovation that matters.”
