虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)“神器”走進(jìn)兩會(huì)

Journalists covering the annual sessions of China's national legislature and top political advisory body are attracted by some virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) products.

兩會(huì)期間，虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)和增強(qiáng)現(xiàn)實(shí)產(chǎn)品吸引了前來(lái)報(bào)道的記者們。

The products are on show at the ground floor of the hotel where the press center for the two sessions is located. The exhibition was set up by China Today Net Television.

AR/VR industries are emerging in China. The eastern city of Nanchang launched a VR industrial base last year with an angel fund of 1 billion yuan, and the VR firms will be supported by 10 billion yuan of investment.

虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)/增強(qiáng)現(xiàn)實(shí)產(chǎn)業(yè)在中國(guó)蓬勃發(fā)展。中國(guó)東部南昌市去年建立了虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)產(chǎn)業(yè)基地，發(fā)起了10億元人民幣的天使投資基金，并落實(shí)100億元人民幣規(guī)模的虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)產(chǎn)業(yè)投資基金。

City mayor Guo An, a national lawmaker, acknowledges that VR could change people's lives like the Internet and smartphone. "We have established a complete industrial chain with more than 50 enterprises and organizations."

全國(guó)人大代表、南昌市市長(zhǎng)郭安表示，虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)技術(shù)能像互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和智能手機(jī)那樣改變?nèi)藗兊纳?。他說(shuō)：“我們已經(jīng)建立了完整的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈，有超過(guò)50家企業(yè)和機(jī)構(gòu)入駐產(chǎn)業(yè)基地。”

To cultivate talent, the city cooperates with colleges and universities in training personnel. "We aim to train 10,000 people with basic VR knowledge and skill in the next three years."

為了培養(yǎng)人才，南昌市與高校合作，培訓(xùn)相關(guān)人員。“我們希望能在未來(lái)三年培訓(xùn)出一萬(wàn)名有虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)的人員”，他說(shuō)。

China will work harder this year on innovation, upgrade the structure of the real economy and improve competitiveness, said the government work report delivered by Premier Li Keqiang at the legislature's annual session on Sunday.

上周日，李克強(qiáng)總理在《政府工作報(bào)告》中提到，中國(guó)今年將深化創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)，推動(dòng)實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)優(yōu)化結(jié)構(gòu)，提高競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。

To this end, China will push for technological innovation by improving support for fundamental and original research, building infrastructure for science and technology, setting up technological innovation hubs and sharing R&D resources, among other measures.

為此，中國(guó)將完善對(duì)基礎(chǔ)研究和原創(chuàng)性研究的長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定支持機(jī)制，建設(shè)國(guó)家重大科技基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新中心，打造科技資源開(kāi)放共享平臺(tái)，以提升科技創(chuàng)新能力。

VR can be widely used in artificial intelligence, education and training, medicine, gaming, tourism and virtual communities.

虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)技術(shù)可廣泛應(yīng)用于人工智能、教育培訓(xùn)、醫(yī)療、游戲、旅游和虛擬社區(qū)等領(lǐng)域。
