好好刷牙,防癡呆!

A new study from Norway shows that keeping your teeth brushed properly and maintaining oral hygiene can not only prevent tooth decay, help maintain good chewing and gastrointestinal function, but also prevent the development of dementia.

一項新的挪威研究表明,堅持正確刷牙和保持口腔衛(wèi)生不僅可以防止蛀牙,有助于保持良好的咀嚼和胃腸功能,還可以預防老年癡呆癥。

Gingivitis (gingivitis) is a common oral disease in the elderly and is caused by porphyromonas gingivalis.

牙齦炎是老年人常見的口腔疾病,主要由牙齦卟啉單胞菌引起。

Peter medel and his team, from the research laboratory of the department of clinical sciences at the university of bergen in Norway, demonstrated that porphyromonas gingivalis can be transferred from the mouth to the brain.

挪威卑爾根大學臨床科學系研究實驗室的彼得·梅代爾及其團隊,通過實驗證實牙齦卟啉單胞菌可從口腔轉移到大腦。

Harmful enzymes produced by porphyromonas gingivalis damage nerve cells in the brain, causing memory loss in the elderly and eventually leading to anorexia.

牙齦卟啉單胞菌產生的有害酶會破壞大腦中的神經細胞,引起老人記憶力喪失,最終導致老癡。

The team observed and detected the harmful enzyme in 96 percent of 53 patients.

研究團隊對53名老癡患者進行觀察檢測,在96%的患者體內發(fā)現(xiàn)了這種有害酶。

好好刷牙,防癡呆!

Dr. Medale cautions that porphyromonas gingivalis does not cause aging alone, but the presence of the bacteria can greatly increase the risk and cause the disease to develop more quickly.

梅代爾提醒老年朋友,牙齦卟啉單胞菌并不會單獨引起老癡,但這種細菌的存在會大大增加患病風險,而且還會導致疾病更快發(fā)展。

"Brush your teeth well and floss," he advises.

他建議:“好好刷牙,并使用牙線潔牙。”

"The primary purpose of brushing is to remove plaque, which forms a stable attachment to the surface of the tooth.

“刷牙最主要的目的是祛除牙菌斑,因為只有牙菌斑才能在牙齒表面形成穩(wěn)定的附著。

Dental calculus, tartar these unclean substances can only stay on the surface of the tooth through the dental plaque, and then cause tooth inflammation, bleeding and even loose tooth loss.

牙結石、牙垢這些不潔的物質只能通過牙菌斑才能停留在牙齒表面,繼而造成牙齒發(fā)炎、出血甚至松動脫落。

About 30 minutes to 60 minutes after the meal, dental plaque can form a stable adhesion on the tooth surface, therefore, it is recommended to brush within 15 minutes to 30 minutes after the meal the best effect, can effectively prevent the formation of dental plaque, there will be no calculus, tartar.

餐后大概30分鐘-60分鐘,牙菌斑就能在牙齒表面形成穩(wěn)定附著,因此,建議餐后15分鐘-30分鐘內刷牙效果最佳,能有效預防牙菌斑的形成,也就不會有牙結石、牙垢的產生。

Most people life is only a pair of permanent teeth, dental caries is slowly, the teeth can't be repair regeneration after injury, so should be at an early age to develop good habits of brushing tooth right, and should always observe the teeth (especially the back a few teeth caries) easily caries turning black, and so on and so forth, if you have to handle in time, or caries slowly will be worse, even need fillings and tooth extraction.

大部分人一生只有一副恒牙,齲齒是慢慢發(fā)生的,而牙齒損傷后是不能自我修復再生的,因此應該從小就養(yǎng)成正確良好的刷牙護牙習慣,并且應時常觀察牙齒(尤其是后面幾顆大牙容易齲齒)是否有齲齒變黑等情況,若有要及時處理,否則齲齒慢慢會嚴重化,甚至需要補牙和拔牙。
