同事不在的原因

有人打電話找同事，但不巧這個(gè)人不在，你可以告訴對(duì)方：

He's not here.

他不在。

若是對(duì)方詢問你的同事為何不在，你可以說：

John is away on a business trip.

約翰出差了。

He will be back in the office on Friday of next week.

他要下星期五才會(huì)進(jìn)公司。

接下來，你可以幫對(duì)方轉(zhuǎn)錄音機(jī)：

You can leave him a voice message.

緊急電話的處理方法

若對(duì)方有急事，非跟你同事聯(lián)絡(luò)上不可，你可以請(qǐng)對(duì)方撥行動(dòng)電話：

你有紙筆嗎?

或幫對(duì)方撥行動(dòng)電話給同事：
