The Girl in A Frog’s Life

A lonely frog telephoned the Psychic Hotline and asked what his future holds.

His Personal Psychic Advisor tells him， "You are going to meet a beautiful young girl who will want to know everything about you."

The frog is thrilled, "This is great! Will I meet her at a party?" he croaks.

"No," says the psychic, "In biology class."

詞匯講解】

1.psychic巫師。也可以作形容詞，指“超自然的/有特異功能的”：Some people are said to have psychic powers.據(jù)說有些人有通靈的能力。

2.hotline熱線。He got through on the hotline to the head of the government.他通過熱線與政府首腦取得了聯(lián)系。
