Come, and I will show you what is beautiful. It is a rose fully blown.
來吧，我來告訴你們漂亮是什么。是完全綻開的玫瑰花。
See how she sits upon her mossy stem, the queen of flowers. Her leaves glow like fire.
看花中女王是如何安坐在長著青苔的枝干上，她的葉子如火般閃光，
The air is filled with her sweet odor. She is the delight of every eye.
空氣中充滿著她香甜的氣息。她是每個(gè)人眼中欣喜的源泉。
But there is one fairer than the rose.
但還有比玫瑰更美麗的，
He that made the rose is more beautiful than the rose.
創(chuàng)造出玫瑰的人比玫瑰還要美麗，
He is altogether lovely. He is the delight of every heart.
他還是可愛的，是每個(gè)人心中欣喜的源泉。
I will show you what is strong. The lion is strong.
我來告訴你們強(qiáng)壯是什么。獅子是強(qiáng)壯的。
When he raiseth himself up from his lair,
當(dāng)他從藏身之處起身，當(dāng)他搖動鬃毛，
when he shaketh his mane, when the voice of his roaring is heard, the cattle of the field fly,
當(dāng)聽到他的吼聲，野外的牛兒飛奔，
and the wild beasts of the desert hide themselves; for he is terrible.
荒原上的野獸躲藏起來，因?yàn)樗芸膳隆?/p>
But He who made the lion is stronger than the lion.
但是創(chuàng)造了獅子的人比獅子更強(qiáng)壯，
He can do all things.
他能做所有的事情。
He gave us life, and in a moment can take it away, and no one can save us from his hand.
他給了我們生命，也可以在瞬間將它奪走，沒有人能從他手里救出我們。
I will show you what is glorious. The sun is glorious.
我來告訴你什么是燦爛的。太陽是燦爛的。
When he shineth in the clear sky, when he sitteth on his throne in the heavens,
當(dāng)他在晴朗的天空閃耀，當(dāng)他坐在天空的寶座上，
and looketh abroad over the earth, he is the most glorious and excellent object the eye can behold.
看向地球時(shí)，他是肉眼能看到的最燦爛、最杰出的物體。
But He who made the sun is more glorious than the sun.
但是創(chuàng)造了太陽的人比太陽還要燦爛。
