1. ... wish (that) ... had done表示對過去無法實現(xiàn)的情況的愿望。

My teacher wished she had learned French when she was at school.

我老師多么希望自己上學的時候?qū)W過法語啊！

2. ... wish (that) ... did/were表示對現(xiàn)在無法實現(xiàn)的情況的愿望。

I wish I knew how to operate the machine.

但愿我知道如何開這臺機器。

3. ... wish (that) ... were doing表示對目前正在進行的情況無法實現(xiàn)的愿望。

She wished she were living in a big city.

她希望是在大城市里生活著。

4. ... wish that ... were to/should/could/might/would + do表示對將來情況無法實現(xiàn)的愿望。

I wish I could fly to the moon one day.

但愿我將來有一天能飛到月亮上去。
