在確定了出差日期后應(yīng)立即進(jìn)行機(jī)票預(yù)訂等工作，以保證行程順利展開(kāi)。預(yù)訂完成后要對(duì)自己的預(yù)訂進(jìn)行確認(rèn)，以便出現(xiàn)意外時(shí)可以及時(shí)做出相應(yīng)的補(bǔ)救措施。

每當(dāng)?shù)诌_(dá)某個(gè)城市，逗留時(shí)間超過(guò)三天以上再搭乘飛機(jī)的話，必須再次確認(rèn)預(yù)訂好的機(jī)位，飛行前七十二小時(shí)要沒(méi)有確認(rèn)，預(yù)訂好的機(jī)位就會(huì)自動(dòng)取消。到達(dá)目的地后，最好在機(jī)場(chǎng)的航空公司柜臺(tái)辦手續(xù)，萬(wàn)一忘了辦理的話，可打電話到航空公司再次確認(rèn)。

由于沒(méi)有直飛新西蘭的航班，所以林先生選擇了在悉尼轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)的較為經(jīng)濟(jì)的一次班機(jī)，并且航班的時(shí)間也很合適，林先生很滿意。

A：Do you have any direct flight to New Zealand?

B：Sorry, we don't. But you can fly on Northwest 306 to Sydney and then have a connecting flight to Auckland. Though it must transfer, it is the most economical flight. It' just $670.

A：And how long do I have to stay in Sydney for the connecting flight?

B：Not so long, just one hour.

A：So the time for the whole journey is about…

B：About eleven hours.

A：When does the Flight 306 depart?

B：At 10:00 a.m..

though，although引導(dǎo)讓步狀語(yǔ)從句時(shí)，后面的主句不能有but，however，但是可與yet，still連用。

1．a(chǎn)lthough和though同義，在一般情況下，可以互換使用。只是though較普遍，常用于非正式的口語(yǔ)或書面語(yǔ)中，而although則較為正式。另外although語(yǔ)氣比though重，常用以強(qiáng)調(diào)讓步概念。

e.g. Though/Although my car is very old, I don't want to buy a new one.

雖然我的汽車很舊，但我不想買一輛新的。

2．even能和though組合表示強(qiáng)調(diào)，但even不能和although組合。因此，不能說(shuō)even although,在這里even though=even if（no matter if; though即使……也……）

e.g. Even if/Even though we could afford it, we wouldn't go abroad for our vocation.

即使我們付得起這筆錢，也不出國(guó)度假。

3．當(dāng)讓步狀語(yǔ)從句指某種假設(shè)情況時(shí)，通常用though，而不用although。

e.g. Though all the world were against me, I should still hold to my opinion.

就算全世界都反對(duì)我，我還是堅(jiān)持我的立場(chǎng)。

4．a(chǎn)lthough和though引導(dǎo)讓步狀語(yǔ)從句時(shí)，常采用省略形式。

e.g. Although tired (=Although he was tired), he kept on working.

雖然很疲勞，但他繼續(xù)工作。
