“咸魚(yú)”被列入致癌物，“不好翻身了”

世界衛(wèi)生組織(WHO)的國(guó)際癌癥研究機(jī)構(gòu)(IARC)公布致癌物清單,“中國(guó)式咸魚(yú)”與酒精飲料、檳榔、吸煙、以及二手煙等，同屬對(duì)人類確定有致癌風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的“一類致癌物”。

IARC公布的這份清單將致癌物由“確認(rèn)致癌”到“很可能不致癌”依程度分為四個(gè)級(jí)別。中國(guó)國(guó)家食品藥品監(jiān)督管理總局(CFDA)在網(wǎng)頁(yè)公布中英對(duì)照版。
