我國將建全國一體化的國家大數(shù)據(jù)中心

工信部總工程師張峰表示，我國將建設全國一體化的國家大數(shù)據(jù)中心，推進公共數(shù)據(jù)開放和基礎數(shù)據(jù)資源跨部門、跨區(qū)域共享，提高數(shù)據(jù)應用效率和使用價值。

Zhang Feng, chief engineer of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, said that China will establish a national big data center to promote the trans-departmental, trans-regional sharing of basic data, in order to improve the practical value of data and its efficient use.

工信部總工程師張峰表示，我國將建設全國一體化的國家大數(shù)據(jù)中心，推進公共數(shù)據(jù)開放和基礎數(shù)據(jù)資源跨部門、跨區(qū)域共享，提高數(shù)據(jù)應用效率和使用價值。

大數(shù)據(jù)(big data)指規(guī)模巨大且復雜，用現(xiàn)有的數(shù)據(jù)處理工具(on-hand database management tools)難以獲取(capture)、整理( curate)、管理( manage)以及處理(process)的數(shù)據(jù)信息統(tǒng)稱。大數(shù)據(jù)的特點可以總結為4V：volume(大量)、velocity(高速)、variety(多變)、veracity(準確)。

大數(shù)據(jù)是網(wǎng)絡信息技術與經(jīng)濟社會各領域深度融合的產(chǎn)物，對于未來的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)生態(tài)(internet ecosystem)、創(chuàng)新體系(innovation system)、產(chǎn)業(yè)形態(tài)(industrial forms)乃至社會治理結構(social governance structure)等都將產(chǎn)生革命性的影響。

工信部將推進公共數(shù)據(jù)開放和基礎數(shù)據(jù)資源跨部門、跨區(qū)域共享(trans-departmental, trans-regional sharing of basic data)，優(yōu)先推動信用、交通、醫(yī)療、衛(wèi)生、就業(yè)等領域的數(shù)據(jù)向社會開放(promote the openness and sharing of data in sectors such as credit, transportation, health and employment)。研究制定工業(yè)大數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)展路線圖，推動大數(shù)據(jù)和制造業(yè)融合發(fā)展。同時加強安全監(jiān)管，嚴厲打擊非法泄露和出賣個人數(shù)據(jù)行為，維護網(wǎng)絡數(shù)據(jù)安全(enhance supervision and surveillance of data, and strictly crack down on illegal practices such as data leaks and the selling of personal information)。
