凈網(wǎng)護(hù)苗秋風(fēng)三大專項行動深入開展

Administrative organs in the areas of cyberspace management, public security, culture, media, and publications were ordered to step up efforts to combat illegal publications, pornography, copyright infringement, and other cultural wrongdoings.

網(wǎng)信、公安、文化、新聞出版廣電等單位要重拳出擊打擊非法出版活動、淫穢色情信息、侵權(quán)盜版以及其他文化領(lǐng)域違法行為。

“凈網(wǎng)2018”將集中力量專項整治問題多發(fā)的五個領(lǐng)域：嚴(yán)厲打擊利用云盤、App應(yīng)用商店傳播有害信息活動(spreading harmful content on mobile applications);查處違法違規(guī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)直播平臺(illegal livestreaming platforms);規(guī)范整治違法違規(guī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲(unlawful online games);大力整頓非法網(wǎng)絡(luò)群組(unlawful online chat groups);深入清理非法彈窗廣告(illegal pop-up ads)。

“護(hù)苗2018”專項行動，重在構(gòu)建集政府監(jiān)管、企業(yè)自律、基層參與為一體的“護(hù)苗”綜合安全體系(a comprehensive security system that integrates government supervision, enterprise self-discipline with general participation)。組織開展中小學(xué)校園周邊文化市場環(huán)境、涉未成年人網(wǎng)絡(luò)有害信息兩個專項整治，引導(dǎo)青少年綠色閱讀、文明上網(wǎng)，自覺遠(yuǎn)離和抵制有害出版物和信息(distance themselves from harmful publications and contents)。

“秋風(fēng)2018”專項行動，重在規(guī)范新聞出版廣播影視傳播秩序。嚴(yán)厲打擊假媒體、假記者站、假記者及新聞敲詐勒索行為(fake news organization, journalists and news extortion);堅決查處各類侵權(quán)盜版活動(copyright infringement);規(guī)范整治電子商務(wù)平臺銷售出版物行為;整治非法編輯出版圖書報刊問題(publication piracy)。
