特朗普和普京會(huì)晤都聊了點(diǎn)啥？
這是特朗普就任美國總統(tǒng)以來，美俄兩國總統(tǒng)首次舉行正式會(huì)晤。“普特會(huì)”從世界杯一直聊到雙邊關(guān)系改善、敘利亞問題，甚至頗為敏感的“通俄門”調(diào)查。

這次會(huì)晤普京遲到了1個(gè)小時(shí)，據(jù)《衛(wèi)報(bào)》報(bào)道：
Putin’s plane arrived in Helsinki almost an hour after the summit was due to begin. Trump then delayed his arrival at the Presidential Palace where the talks are taking place.
普京的飛機(jī)晚到了赫爾辛基將近1小時(shí)，特朗普于是也將去總統(tǒng)府的時(shí)間延遲了1小時(shí)。
《衛(wèi)報(bào)》就表示，這可不是隨隨隨便的遲到，這是“外交博弈”(diplomatic gamesmanship)。
在接受了媒體的短暫采訪后，兩人開始舉行“一對一”會(huì)晤?！缎l(wèi)報(bào)》特別注意了兩人的肢體語言，稱見面時(shí)兩人表情都很緊張(tense)，握手只持續(xù)三秒。

在赫爾辛基，兩人在鏡頭前緊張的拍照之后，開始舉行“一對一”會(huì)談，兩人握手僅握了3秒。
有意思的是，一對一會(huì)談前，特朗普被媒體拍到偷偷朝普京擠了擠眼……
天空新聞?dòng)浾進(jìn)ark Stone發(fā)推稱，“這個(gè)肢體語言實(shí)在是非常尷尬……但是特朗普確實(shí)向普京擠了擠眼睛。”
《每日郵報(bào)》也開始了“察言觀色”+1，說二人的肢體語言“冷若冰霜”(frosty)。
除此之外，《每日郵報(bào)》還觀察到，這個(gè)強(qiáng)硬的俄羅斯男人無視了特朗普的眨眼……
The body language between the two men was frosty as they sat down for the cameras save for one moment where Trump turned to Putin and winked - only to be met with no response from the Russian strongman.
在相機(jī)前，兩人的肢體語言冷若冰霜。而當(dāng)特朗普向普京眨眼，這個(gè)強(qiáng)硬的俄羅斯男人絲毫沒有反應(yīng)。
研究肢體語言的專家也表示，在二人的互動(dòng)中，看不出絲毫的友愛，就跟較勁一樣。
Meanwhile a body language expert told Mail Online that two men appeared like prize-winning fighters read for a bout, showing 'no rapport, affection or even admiration' for each other.
而同時(shí)，一個(gè)肢體語言專家告訴《每日郵報(bào)》，他們就像競爭同一獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)的人一樣互相較量，看不出和諧、友愛，甚至看不出來對彼此的欣賞。
兩人結(jié)束小范圍公開會(huì)談后轉(zhuǎn)入“一對一”會(huì)談，這也是整次峰會(huì)的“重頭戲”。
據(jù)俄媒報(bào)道，特朗普和普京兩人進(jìn)行了2個(gè)多小時(shí)的單獨(dú)會(huì)談。加上隨后的美俄擴(kuò)大會(huì)議，此次會(huì)晤共持續(xù)了4小時(shí)。會(huì)后，二人一起召開了記者會(huì)。
記者會(huì)上，普京向特朗普贈(zèng)送俄羅斯世界杯比賽用球。普京表示，美國將會(huì)參與舉辦2026年世界杯。他說：
"Mr. President, I will give this ball to you, and now the ball is in your court."
“總統(tǒng)先生，我現(xiàn)在把球給你，現(xiàn)在球在你們那兒了。”
接過足球的特朗普顯然很開心，舉著球讓媒體拍了拍照片。

▌關(guān)于“通俄門”
對于“俄羅斯干預(yù)美國大選”的問題，普京表示，“真沒有……這事兒說了很多次了，俄羅斯真的沒有干預(yù)啊……”
The Russian state has never interfered and is not going to interfere into internal American affairs, including election process.
俄羅斯過去沒有，將來也不會(huì)干涉包括選舉過程在內(nèi)的美國內(nèi)政。
普京還順手煲了一碗雞湯，“你誰都不能信任”：
As to who is to be believed, who is not to be believed, you can trust no one.
至于誰能信，誰不能信的問題，你誰都不能信任。
然后，普京話鋒一轉(zhuǎn)，說“特朗普又憑什么信任我呢?”
Where did you get this idea that President Trump trusts me or I trust him? He defends the interests of the United States of America. I do defend the interests of the Russian Federation.
你們是從哪里看出特朗普總統(tǒng)信任我或是我信任他的?他所捍衛(wèi)的是美利堅(jiān)合眾國的利益，我代表的則是俄羅斯聯(lián)邦的利益。
特朗普回應(yīng)“通俄門”時(shí)，還不忘了順手再懟一把民主黨：
The whole concept of that (election interference) came up... as a reason why the Democrats lost an election which, frankly, they should have been able to win.
“干涉選舉”這事兒，被民主黨當(dāng)成他們輸?shù)舸筮x的原因，坦率地講，他們本來會(huì)獲勝的。
同時(shí)，特朗普也不忘夸普京。他說，普京剛剛的否認(rèn)，“特別強(qiáng)有力!”
I have great confidence in my intelligence people but I will tell you that President Putin was extremely strong and powerful in his denial today.

在記者會(huì)上，普京表示，自己沒有掌握特朗普“黑料”。
I did hear those rumors that we allegedly collected compromising material on Mr. Trump when he was visiting Moscow. Let me tell you this, when President Trump visited Moscow back then I didn’t even know he was in Moscow. Well, it’s difficult to imagine a lot of nonsense on a bigger scale than this.
我確實(shí)聽說過這些傳聞，也就是所謂的我們在特朗普來莫斯科期間，收集對他名譽(yù)不利的材料。這么跟你說，當(dāng)時(shí)特朗普來的時(shí)候，我壓根就不知道他來了......很難想象會(huì)有比這些流言更荒謬的事了。
不過，普京表示，對于美國2016年大選，自己是支持特朗普的：
Because he talked about bringing the U.S.-Russia relationship back to normal.
因?yàn)樗?jīng)說過要讓美俄關(guān)系回到正軌。
▌關(guān)于美俄關(guān)系
美俄關(guān)系一直備受關(guān)注，在回答記者提問時(shí)，普京表示，“冷戰(zhàn)是過去的事兒了。”
The Cold War is a thing of past, the era of acute ideological confrontation of the two countries is a thing of remote past, is a vestige of the past.
冷戰(zhàn)是過去的事兒了，兩國間激烈的意識形態(tài)對立已經(jīng)是遙遠(yuǎn)的過去，成了歷史的遺跡。
特朗普說，美俄關(guān)系從來沒像現(xiàn)在這么糟糕(Our relationship has never been worse than it is now.)，不過四個(gè)小時(shí)前開始改變了。
I think the United States has been foolish. I think we have all been foolish. We should have had this dialogue a long time ago, a long time, frankly, before I got to office.

▌關(guān)于敘利亞問題
普京表示，在敘利亞問題上，美俄可以進(jìn)行合作，幫助敘利亞難民重返家園。
Russia and the United States apparently can act proactively and take considerable leadership on this issue, and organize the interaction to overcome humanitarian crisis and help Syrian refugees to go back to their homes.

特朗普：
As we discussed at length, the crisis in Syria is a complex one. Cooperation between our two countries has the potential to save hundreds of thousands of lives.

▌關(guān)于美國退出伊核協(xié)定
眾所周知，特朗普入主白宮后退群成癮，不久前又宣布美國退出伊朗核協(xié)定。
普京提醒特朗普，伊朗核協(xié)定可是有很大作用的：
Let me remind you that thanks to the Iranian nuclear deal, Iran became the most controlled country in the world. It submitted to the control of IAEA.
讓我提醒你一句，由于伊核協(xié)定，伊朗成為了世界上最受約束的國家。它受到原子能機(jī)構(gòu)管束。
It effectively ensured the exclusively peaceful nature of Iranian nuclear program and strengthened the nonproliferation regime.
這有效地確保了伊朗核計(jì)劃純粹和平的性質(zhì)，并加強(qiáng)了防擴(kuò)散機(jī)制。
記者會(huì)看起來挺融洽的，但“善于”從細(xì)微之處解讀政治”的美媒發(fā)現(xiàn)了一些不尋常。
《時(shí)代雜志》表示，讓普京說開場白，談話跟著普京的步子，特朗普顯得很弱(looking weak in front of Putin)。
Even though the two leaders met on neutral ground in Finland, Putin ran the press conference after their meeting as if he was the host. The Russian leader spoke first and called on the first reporter to ask a question. Trump, who often puffs out his chest when he walks into a room, stood by as Putin set the pace of the exchange.
雖然會(huì)晤地點(diǎn)選在中立的地點(diǎn)芬蘭，但是在會(huì)晤后普京主持著記者會(huì)，仿佛他才是主人翁。普京先開口說開場白，先讓記者提問。特朗普通常都是昂首挺胸的，但這次卻在一旁跟著普京的步子。
