Three people have been stabbed at Manchester Victoria station in a horrifying New Year’s Eve attack.

跨年夜，三名受害者在曼徹斯特維多利亞火車站被刺傷。

A British Transport Police officer, a female and a man were stabbed on the train platform.

一名交警、一位女士和一名男性在火車站臺(tái)上被刺傷。

Police said the attacker had been detained.

警方稱襲擊者已被拘留。

The station is currently closed.

火車站暫時(shí)停止運(yùn)營(yíng)。

Witness Sam Clack said: "Just been very close to the most terrifying thing. Man stabbed in Manchester Victoria station on tram platform.

Feet from me...I was close to jumping on the tracks as attacker had long kitchen knife.Totally shaken. This is seriously messed up.”

“事發(fā)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)離我不遠(yuǎn)…我當(dāng)時(shí)嚇得差點(diǎn)跳到鐵軌上，襲擊者拿了一把長(zhǎng)長(zhǎng)的菜刀。真是太讓人震驚了，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)一團(tuán)糟。”

A spokesman for BTP Manchester said: "We continue to respond to an incident at Manchester Victoria station. The station is currently closed.

曼徹斯特BTP電視臺(tái)的一名發(fā)言人表示:“我們將對(duì)追蹤報(bào)道發(fā)生在曼徹斯特維多利亞站發(fā)生的事故。該站臺(tái)暫時(shí)停止運(yùn)營(yíng)。”

Officers are at the scene and a man has been arrested.

A spokesman for Greater Manchester Police told the Sun Online: "We had a call from British Transport Police at 8.56pm when a knife incident was reported.
