The Russian government said Wednesday it has approved a bill on the country's withdrawal from the Treaty on Open Skies and will submit the document to President Vladimir Putin.
俄羅斯政府公布了5月4日通過(guò)的決議文件。根據(jù)該決議,俄羅斯政府決定批準(zhǔn)并向總統(tǒng)普京提交廢除《開(kāi)放天空條約》的提案。
As the legal procedure requires, Putin will then submit the bill to the parliament for deliberation and approval, and finally sign it into law, officially terminating Russia's participation in the treaty.
