第八批在韓志愿軍烈士遺骸回國(guó)

The eighth batch of remains of the Chinese People's Volunteers (CPV) martyrs, who sacrificed their lives during the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea (1950-53), returned to the homeland on Thursday.

The 109 remains and 1,226 related relics were excavated from six regions in South Korea between 2019 and 2020, according to the South Korean defense ministry.
韓國(guó)國(guó)防部稱(chēng)，此次移交的109位中國(guó)人民志愿軍烈士的遺骸以及1226件遺物發(fā)掘自2019-2020年，發(fā)掘地點(diǎn)位于六個(gè)地區(qū)。

In 2014, South Korea agreed with China to repatriate the remains of fallen Chinese soldiers according to international law and humanitarian spirit, the ministry said.
2014年，中韓兩國(guó)根據(jù)國(guó)際法并本著人道主義精神，達(dá)成在韓志愿軍烈士遺骸歸還中國(guó)協(xié)議。

From 2014 to 2020, South Korea had returned the remains of 716 Chinese People's Volunteers martyrs killed in the Korean War.
