加強(qiáng)文藝工作者教育管理和道德建設(shè)

Chinese authorities on Monday issued a circular urging further management and education for artistic performers across the country.

文化和旅游部8月30日印發(fā)通知，要求進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)文藝工作者教育管理和道德建設(shè)。

Noting several problems, including tax evasion, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism stressed artistic performers should strengthen their legal awareness. Artistic performers should be educated in terms of laws on copyright and tax, and the commercial events of artistic performers, especially those serving in public institutions, should be brought under strict management, the document read, noting performers involved in illegal or unethical activities should be shunned from the industry.
針對(duì)文娛領(lǐng)域出現(xiàn)的偷逃稅等現(xiàn)象，通知要求，文藝工作者要提高法律意識(shí)，加強(qiáng)對(duì)著作權(quán)法、稅法等重點(diǎn)法律法規(guī)的學(xué)習(xí)。從嚴(yán)管理演職人員商業(yè)活動(dòng)，特別是要從嚴(yán)審批公職演職人員在所屬單位外開(kāi)展個(gè)人商業(yè)活動(dòng)。決不為違法違規(guī)、失德失范人員提供舞臺(tái)和平臺(tái)。

The document continued, stating a review and assessment mechanism for performers' morality should be established and improved, and artists and performers should be constantly reminded to respect rules and moral standards.
建立健全道德評(píng)議機(jī)制，時(shí)刻督促提醒文藝工作者敬畏紀(jì)律規(guī)矩、嚴(yán)守道德底線。
