疾控專家:假期不提倡聚集和聚會

Gatherings and parties will not be encouraged during the upcoming Chinese holidays, an immunization expert said Tuesday. "Large gatherings are not allowed," Wang Huaqing, an expert with the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, said at a news conference organized by the State Council inter-agency task force for COVID-19 response.

中國疾控中心免疫規(guī)劃首席專家王華慶9月7日在國務(wù)院聯(lián)防聯(lián)控機制新聞發(fā)布會上表示，在即將到來的中秋和國慶假期，不提倡聚集和聚會，尤其是不允許大規(guī)模聚集。

People need to learn the risk levels of their destinations before travel and avoid those with medium or high risk of coronavirus exposure.

公眾在出行之前要了解目的地的疫情防控等級，如果是中高風(fēng)險地區(qū)就不能前往。

People still need to follow personal protection measures, including wearing masks, washing hands and social distancing, during their trips, Wang said.

公眾出行時仍然要采取戴口罩、勤洗手、保持社交距離等個人防護(hù)措施。

As of Monday, China had cleared all its high-risk areas for COVID-19 and only three regions remain on the list of medium-risk areas, according to Mi Feng, spokesperson for the National Health Commission.
