美國(guó)政府9月20日宣布,將自11月開(kāi)始對(duì)所有完成新冠疫苗接種的外國(guó)旅客放寬旅行限制。完成疫苗接種的外國(guó)旅客和返回美國(guó)的美國(guó)公民將被要求在飛機(jī)起飛前72小時(shí)內(nèi)進(jìn)行新冠病毒檢測(cè),并須在登機(jī)前出示檢測(cè)結(jié)果陰性證明,在到達(dá)美國(guó)后的3至5天內(nèi)還須再次進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。
The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention plans to issue a contact tracing order requiring airlines to collect information from US-bound travelers, including phone number and email address. Airlines will be required to keep contact tracing information for 30 days.

"Fully vaccinated," as per the CDC, includes those who have received not only the vaccines approved for use in the US but those listed for emergency use by the World Health Organization but have not yet received such approval in the US.
