國(guó)辦印發(fā)新污染物治理行動(dòng)方案

The State Council recently released an action plan to strengthen the control of new pollutants.

國(guó)務(wù)院辦公廳日前印發(fā)《新污染物治理行動(dòng)方案》（以下簡(jiǎn)稱《方案》）。

It vowed to improve the country's treatment capacity significantly by 2025.
《方案》明確，到2025年，完成高關(guān)注、高產(chǎn)（用）量的化學(xué)物質(zhì)環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)篩查；

Specifically, China will complete the risk screening of some major chemicals, dynamically release lists of new pollutants under control, and implement control measures, including bans and emission caps.
動(dòng)態(tài)發(fā)布重點(diǎn)管控新污染物清單；對(duì)重點(diǎn)管控新污染物實(shí)施禁止、限制、限排等環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控措施。

Laws and systems on the risk management of hazardous chemicals will be gradually established and improved.
有毒有害化學(xué)物質(zhì)環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理法規(guī)制度體系和管理機(jī)制逐步建立健全，新污染物治理能力明顯增強(qiáng)。
