如何友善拒絕表白

俗話說(shuō)強(qiáng)扭的瓜兒不甜，強(qiáng)求的愛(ài)也不會(huì)香。每個(gè)人多少都有告白或者被人告白的經(jīng)歷，被人拒絕當(dāng)然是一件痛苦的事，但有時(shí)拒絕別人更是一件痛苦的事。今天我們就來(lái)說(shuō)一說(shuō)對(duì)那些我們希望維持友好關(guān)系或是需要一起共事的人，如何友善地拒絕對(duì)方的表白。

1. 贊美對(duì)方，修飾原因

告訴表白對(duì)象你覺(jué)得他/她很好很出色，或者讓你的拒絕原因中帶著一些你無(wú)法控制的因素，比如工作太忙或是尚未準(zhǔn)備好投入一段感情等等。

You're a great guy/girl, but I'm just too busy to pursue a serious relationship right now.

你是一個(gè)很好的男人/女人，但我實(shí)在太忙了，沒(méi)有時(shí)間投入到長(zhǎng)期、穩(wěn)定的戀愛(ài)關(guān)系中。

I'm flattered that you asked, but I'm not ready to start a relationship right now.

你會(huì)這么問(wèn)讓我很是受寵若驚，但我現(xiàn)在還沒(méi)有準(zhǔn)備談戀愛(ài)。

Work has been keeping me too busy, I don't think I'm a good boyfriend/girlfriend material.

我工作非常忙，所以我覺(jué)得我不具備一個(gè)很好的男朋友/女朋友的資質(zhì)。

I'm still hung up over my previous relationship, and I'd rather us just be friends.

我對(duì)前一段戀情還是很放不下，我希望我們就做朋友吧。

I've just gotten out of a bad relationship and I don't want to start anything too hastily.

我剛經(jīng)歷了一段不堪回首的感情，我不希望太過(guò)著急開(kāi)始另一段戀情。

2. 坦白直率，愿友情長(zhǎng)存

直接告訴對(duì)方你覺(jué)得雙方可能不太合適做戀人，但希望還能繼續(xù)保持現(xiàn)有的友情。如果對(duì)方不愿跟你繼續(xù)交往，那也不用太強(qiáng)求了。

I like you, but I'm just not interested in you in that way.

我喜歡你，但我對(duì)你的感情不是那種戀人間情感。

You're a great friend, and I'd rather that we keep it this way.

你是一個(gè)很好的朋友，我希望我們能繼續(xù)保持這樣的關(guān)系。

I'm not the right guy/girl for you. I hope that you can understand and that we can still be friends.

我不是適合你的男人/女人，我希望你能夠明白，并且希望我們還能夠繼續(xù)當(dāng)朋友。

I like you as a friend, and I hope that we wouldn't have to give up our friendship over this.

我喜歡和你做朋友，我希望我們的友誼不會(huì)因?yàn)檫@件事而結(jié)束。
