旅游業(yè)的影響

Tourism is becoming an increasingly important industry in China. Our government has taken effective measures to improve this new industry over the past few years. For example, it has explored many appealing scenic and historic spots. Tourists from all over the world come in flocks to China every year.

旅游業(yè)在中國正逐漸成為一個日益重要的產(chǎn)業(yè)。在過去的幾年里，我國政府采取了有效措施來促進(jìn)這一新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。例如，已經(jīng)開發(fā)了許多迷人的風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)和歷史遺跡。每年都有來自世界各地的游客成群結(jié)隊地來到中國。

But people differ as to the advantages and disadvantages of the tourist industry. Those who are in favour of tourism argue that our country can benefit a lot from it. For one thing, it is a large source of foreign exchange and an important part of national planning as well. For another, we may well say that tourism can help to promote the understanding and friendship among the peoples of different countries.

然而，人們對旅游業(yè)的利弊看法不一。支持旅游業(yè)的人認(rèn)為，我國可以從中獲益良多。一方面，它是外匯的重要來源，也是國家規(guī)劃的重要組成部分。另一方面，我們可以說旅游業(yè)有助于促進(jìn)不同國家人民之間的理解和友誼。

The main reason why some people oppose tourism is that the masses cannot benefit from it because the pressure of too many tourists means the higher prices of goods.

一些人反對旅游業(yè)的主要原因是，大眾無法從中受益，因為游客過多帶來的壓力意味著商品價格上漲。

In spite of this, I think its gains outweigh its losses. It also means more employment and more income for the country. For this reason, the tourist industry should be developed vigorously so as to meet the needs of our socialist economy.

盡管如此，我認(rèn)為旅游業(yè)的收益大于損失。它還意味著為國家?guī)砀嗟木蜆I(yè)機(jī)會和收入。因此，旅游業(yè)應(yīng)該大力發(fā)展，以滿足我國社會主義經(jīng)濟(jì)的需要。
