Reporter: Excuse me, sir, do you have a minute?

Lo: Well, I was just about to go out and tour around but I guess I have a minute.

Lo: Well, it’s been alright. I slept pretty well. I just feel like there are some details missing in the service here.

Lo: Well, my room had a coffee maker but there was no coffee to make with it. Also, my room had a mini bar with great drinks and snacks in it, but today I found out how expensive they all were. Five dollars for a bottle of water!

Reporter: Oh, I see.

更糟糕的是，房間里沒(méi)有免費(fèi)贈(zèng)送的洗發(fā)香波，也沒(méi)有浴衣和拖鞋。所謂的“歐式早餐”，只是些不新鮮的谷類食品、不新鮮的奶和熱橙汁。
Lo: What’s worse is, there was no complimentary shampoo, no bathrobe, no slippers. And, the so-called “continental breakfast” consisted of state cereal, sour milk, and warm orange juice.

賓館的舒適程度怎么樣？
Reporter: What about the quality of comfort in the hotel room?

挺好的。床非常舒服，床墊又好又軟。但是，沒(méi)有鬧鐘。窗外就是大馬路。景色確實(shí)不好。我想每間屋子都應(yīng)該有一個(gè)陽(yáng)臺(tái)，這樣我就可以有地方呼吸新鮮空氣了。沒(méi)有陽(yáng)臺(tái)，屋子太不通風(fēng)。
Lo: It wasn’t bad. The bed was very comfortable and had a nice, soft mattress. But, there was no alarm clock, and the view outside the window was of the highway. Definitely not very scenic. I think they should put balconies of each room so we have a place to enjoy some fresh air. Without them rooms are too stuffy.
