記者繼續(xù)訪問羅。
The reporter continues her interview with Lo.
記者:現(xiàn)在這家賓館的服務(wù)質(zhì)量怎么樣?你覺得服務(wù)員友好,并且對您有幫助嗎?
Reporter: Now, what about the quality of service at this hotel?Did you find the staff friendly and helpful?
羅:是的,這的服務(wù)質(zhì)量很好。我跟這的很多雇員都交談過,我發(fā)現(xiàn)他們都十分好,并且十分熱心的幫助我。
Lo: Yes, the quality of service here is excellent. I’ve wpoken with many employees here and I found them all very nice and willing to help.
記者:您能舉幾個例子嗎?
Reporter: Could you give some examples?
羅:當(dāng)然!登記處的招待員十分友好,并且讓我有賓至如歸的感覺。她幫我安排了一個旅館服務(wù)生把我又大又沉的手提箱搬到了我的房間里。
Lo: Sure! The receptionist at the check-in desk was very friendly and made me feel welcome here. She helped arrange a bellhop to bring my big heavy suitcase up to my room.
記者:投訴服務(wù)怎么樣?您對您的房間有過其他的要求嗎?
Reporter: What about the service reponse to complaints? Did you ever have any extra requests or problems with your room?
羅:實際上有的。我的電視遙控器不好用了,我還忘了帶牙刷了。前臺對我的要求馬上作出回應(yīng),并且立即派人來我的房間,給我留下了很深的印象。
Lo: Yes, actually. My television remote wouldn’t work and I forgot a tooth-brush. The front desk was very responsive to my requests and sent people up to my room in no time at all. I was very impressed.
記者:這的服務(wù)臺怎么樣?您曾經(jīng)享受過他們的服務(wù)嗎?
Reporter: What about the concierge here? Did you take advantage of their services ever?
羅:是的。昨天晚上,我跟服務(wù)臺的人聊了一會兒。她向我推薦了一家坐車一會就到的很不錯的餐館。她還向我推薦了幾個旅游景點,我打算今天就去。事實上,我想現(xiàn)在就出發(fā),這樣我就可以避開人群了!
Lo: Yes. Last night I spoke with the concierge and she recommended a fantastic restaurant that was a short cab ride away. Also, she recommended some tourist sites to me that I plan on visiting today! In fact, I’d like to get going so I can beat the crowds!
記者:我明白了……先生。
Reporter: Understandable, Mr…
羅:王,王羅。
Lo: Wang. Lo Wang.
記者:我能這樣署上您的名字嗎?
Reporter: Can I quote you on that?
羅:噢,當(dāng)然可以。
Lo: Oh yes, you certainly can.
