實(shí)用英語對(duì)話:倔脾氣

心濤：你覺得小李怎樣?他人挺不錯(cuò)的，對(duì)吧?

洋洋：嗯，他快人快語，而且總是對(duì)自己的觀點(diǎn)直言不諱，我從來沒遇到說話像他這么直接的人。

心濤：這樣不好嗎?我不喜歡那種話里有話、做作矯情的人。能堅(jiān)持已見的人我還是很欣賞的。

洋洋：但是你不覺得有時(shí)候堅(jiān)持過頭就是頑固了嗎?

心濤：是不是因?yàn)樾±钤趧e人勸他改變主意的時(shí)候拒絕讓步，你就覺得他很頑固?我倒覺得這種品質(zhì)很令人欽佩。

洋洋：我認(rèn)為在特定的場(chǎng)合，直言不諱是值得贊揚(yáng)的，但是如果不管什么時(shí)候都是牛脾氣會(huì)讓別人很難接受，你不覺得嗎?

心濤：我覺得，能表達(dá)自己的想法，并堅(jiān)持自己的立場(chǎng)，那才是純爺們兒的表現(xiàn)!

洋洋：難怪你們倆是鐵哥們兒。興許哪次你倆意見不合的時(shí)候你就不會(huì)這么說了。

Xintao: What do you think of Xiao Li? He’s pretty nice, isn’t he?

Yangyang: Yes. He’s straight and never hides his opinions. I’ve never seen someone straight like him.

Xintao: Isn’t it good? I don’t like that kind of artificial people who always put an alternate meaning behind everything they say.

Yangyang: But don’t you think being over persistent is stubborn?

Xintao: Do you feel that way because Xiao Li reject to compromise when others are persuading him to? I think I appreciate that point.

Yangyang: I think being straight is a good thing on certain occasions. But if you keep stubborn at any time, it may be hard to comprehend. Don’t you think so?

Xintao: I think it’s really masculine to express your own opinions and stick to your position.

Yangyang: No wonder you two are best friends. Maybe you don’t think so when you are disagreeable.
