One of the first things Gretel discovered while living with the Clarks

was that there are three television channels in Britain.

The BBC broadcasts on two channels:BBC 1 and BBC 2.

There's a mixture of serious and light programmes on BBC 1;
BBC 1 頻道輪換播出嚴(yán)肅的和輕松的節(jié)目.
there are mainly serious programmes on BBC 2.
BBC 2 頻道以播放嚴(yán)肅節(jié)目為主.
ITV is an independentnetwork which carriesadvertisements.
