　　“國際消費者權益日(World Consumer Rights Day)”定于每年的三月十五日，即人們所熟知的“315”。盡管隨著商品經濟的發(fā)展，出現了一些消極因素，使消費者利益受到損害，但是，政府、企業(yè)及消費者們正在通過自上而下和自下而上相結合的方法，共同努力解決這些問題，積極推動建立消費者組織。每年消費者權益日，央視“3.15”晚會都會揭穿許多騙局和陷阱，并且曝光一批不法商家和假冒商品，從而喚醒消費者的維權意識。

　　4.努力解決:即“努力做某事”，可用strive to do,go all outto do,try one's best to do等來表達。文中譯為make efforts to do。
