　　Concluding the Contract

　　1.商務建議

　　合同中，表示確切的日期用on，如on May l(在五月一日當天)。表示到某月某日之前則用by或before o by不包括當天，如by May l(到五月一日之前)就不包括五月一日，指到April 30為止。from May I也不包括當天，意指從May 2開始。若用commencing則包括當天。這些介詞的用法，必須事先多加注意，以避免日后發(fā)生麻煩。

　　B:Yes,I'll send you the contract note by the end of this month.

　　B:I he contract can be cancelled by mutual agreement and with three months,notice it can be annulled.

　　合同可以經雙方協(xié)議后取消，且經三個月的公告后，即可廢止。mutual 相互的 annul 廢止
