雅思閱讀長難句之倒裝句式

雅思閱讀考試當中經(jīng)常會碰到倒裝句的句型，簡單句還好說，復雜句在理解上就會有困難了。一般來說主語和謂語有兩種順序:一是主語在前。這和漢語是一致的，稱為自然語序。另一種是謂語在主語之前，叫做倒裝語序。

雅思閱讀難句分析

1.倒裝句最常見的就是以only為首的句型，這種倒裝句也會相對簡單一點。

中文：寫美國母親的書很多，只是最近的文學才開始關(guān)注父親的角色。

英文：Although numerous books have been written about American mothers, only recently has literature focused on the role of a father.

結(jié)構(gòu)分析：第二個分句由于把only放在句首以強調(diào)recently，所以使用了倒裝語序。主句的正常語序應為literature has only recently focused on the role of a father.

2.以never, little, often, not only, not until, hardly, scarcely等詞引導的句子。

中文：我們不僅需要使紙張能被收廢紙的人得到.而且紙張需要被分成不同的類別。

英文：Not only do we need to make the paper available to collectors but it also needs to be separated into different types.

結(jié)構(gòu)分析：not only位于句首，引起前面的句子倒裝。正常的語序是we need to make the paper available to collectors;

3.so/as或neither/nor引導的句子

The average air temperature at the surface of the earth has risen this century, as has the temperature of ocean surface waters.

4.某些讓步狀語從句

In addition, difficult as it is to believe, there are desert fishes that can survive through years of drought in the form of inactive eggs.

而且，盡管令人難以置信，還是有沙淇魚類能以非活性卵的形態(tài)幸免于多年的干旱。

句子中as(= although/though,“盡管”;“雖然”)所引導的是讓步狀語從句。實際上.difficult as it is to believe= Although/Though it is difficult to believe.
