國(guó)產(chǎn)動(dòng)畫(huà)陷入“抄襲門(mén)” 山寨汽車(chē)人遭網(wǎng)友猛批

皮克斯的《賽車(chē)總動(dòng)員》(又名：《汽車(chē)總動(dòng)員》，英文名稱(chēng)：Cars)還記得不? “閃電”麥昆個(gè)性十足，風(fēng)馳電掣。但也許就是太有名的緣故，麥昆也被“山寨”了一把。

近日國(guó)產(chǎn)動(dòng)畫(huà)《汽車(chē)人總動(dòng)員》上映，但是該片被指抄襲《賽車(chē)總動(dòng)員》。這光看海報(bào)，還以為電影又推出了續(xù)集，準(zhǔn)備攻占中國(guó)市場(chǎng)呢。

然而一切都逃不過(guò)網(wǎng)友們的眼睛，機(jī)智的網(wǎng)友指出，《汽車(chē)人總動(dòng)員》的海報(bào)上，“人”字“恰好”被一個(gè)輪胎擋住。這宣傳手段也太投機(jī)了一點(diǎn)吧。

正所謂“好事不出門(mén)，惡事行千里”。日本的電視臺(tái)也報(bào)道了《汽車(chē)人總動(dòng)員》涉嫌抄襲一事。

不過(guò)《汽車(chē)人總動(dòng)員》的導(dǎo)演卻堅(jiān)稱(chēng)該電影為獨(dú)立制作，沒(méi)有抄襲;公司和迪士尼、皮克斯也毫無(wú)關(guān)系，并將質(zhì)疑者稱(chēng)為“新時(shí)代的漢奸”。

面對(duì)抄襲的指責(zé)，卓建榮還為自己辯解：“別人怎么說(shuō)是他們的自由，反正我做好自己就行。

大家都希望看到國(guó)產(chǎn)動(dòng)畫(huà)的春天，而用心做事的人也一定會(huì)得到支持。7月10日上映的《西游記之大圣歸來(lái)》就在點(diǎn)映后贏得超高口碑，讓眾多網(wǎng)友紛紛成為“免費(fèi)水軍”。還是希望可以看到更多無(wú)爭(zhēng)議的優(yōu)秀原創(chuàng)國(guó)產(chǎn)動(dòng)畫(huà)!

Animated movie "The Autobots" directed by Zhuo Jianrong recently has been accused of plagiarism and Zhuo called those who accused him "traitors in a new era."

Critics said that "The Autobots" has an uncanny resemblance to "Cars", an American animation produced by Disney and Pixar in 2006. Apart from the translated Chinese titles, character designs and even posters look alike, with both movies featuring a red car as its hero.

It is also unclear whether Zhuo is legally liable for using the term "Autobots", which was made famous by toymakers Hasbro in their "Transformers" range.

Zhuo called all critiques "traitors [of China] in a new era" after he was widely accused of plagiarism, not only by Chinese consumers but also Japanese commentators. He also responded aggressively to Chinese animation director Lu Hengyu accusing him of plagiarism.

Unlike Cars, The Autobots has human characters, said Zhuo in self-defense. His movie was independently produced by an animation company in Xiamen, which is unrelated to Disney, Pixar or Hasbro, he added.

Zhuo insisted he is innocent and regarding the accusations of plagiarism said: "People have the freedom to say whatever they want. I will just be myself regardless."

The Autobots' "copycat scandal" has provoked public discussion about the importance of intellectual property protection. To develop the domestic cartoon industry, professionals should be more creative and innovative in the creation of scripts and characters, rather than copying or "learning from" foreign works.

馬上學(xué)：國(guó)產(chǎn)動(dòng)畫(huà)出現(xiàn)“山寨”問(wèn)題也不是頭一回了。在英文中，knockoff可以指那些模仿名牌的仿制品;copycat也有抄襲(plagiarism)、山寨等含義。例：The dress was identified by the brand’s rep as a knockoff. (品牌代表判斷，這件裙子是山寨貨。)
