1“Please tell me about yourself”
First of all I would like to say thank you for giving me this opportunity to introduce myself.
My name is Tom. I am specialized in giving training and development as a human resource officer and have successfully conducted more than seven training programs in a year. I can mingle with people very easily and have strong inter-personal skills. I come up with creative solutions to challenges in job. I am always ready to face challenges and get along with people very well.
I like to collect sports items and love to search online deals. I also visit different sales to increase my collection with interesting things. Now I have a good collection with lots of items whom I value a lot and it has also improved my negotiating skills. Is there a specific part of my profile I should drill down into?
2"What are your strength and weaknesses?"
One of my strengths is that I'm extremely organized. That would contribute to your company's goals by making them more efficient, producing less wasted time, and helping them get more projects done more quickly to produce more bandwidth. That extra bandwidth will free up resources to focus on growing and finding new customers.
One of my weaknesses is that I tend to focus too much on the details, and sometimes that slows me down. I will mitigate this weakness by relying on the systems that are already in place to make sure I move at an appropriate pace and don't waste time on unnecessary details. I can also use this tendency to help make sure the company doesn't miss little things that may affect the quality of work, so existing customers will stay happy. This tendency may also help me identify more areas where the company can save costs because I may find things that other people have missed.
3"Why should I hire you"?
I have the experience and the attitude to** excel** in this production assistant position. I have almost two years of television production experience — including two summers interning at CCTV, where I was exposed to all aspects of TV production and worked so hard the first summer that they invited me back for a second summer and gave me more responsibilities.
During my senior year, I have been working part-time for a production company, where I have served in an assistant role but also recently had the chance to help edit several episodes. I have a reputation for getting things done — and with a smile on my face.
That’s because I love working in the television industry and I'm excited to learn and get experience in every way possible.
4“where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?”
To be honest,I'm very interested in leadership opportunities. 5 years** down the line**, I would love to be in a managerial position, training up junior staff and helping them develop and make a positive contribution to the company. That's why I'm so excited about this role, you have such a clear progression structure in place for employees who do well and excel at their targets.
5“What is your expected salary?”
A:I don’t care very much about salary. What means more to me is the policy and working environment the company is offering and supplying me with.
B:I look up to salary not to make ends meet, but to enjoy my life. I’m afraid I am not the one who only concerns about paying bills but not others. Therefore, when I look for a job, I expect a high consideration which suits my ability and goals.
p.s. 每個行業(yè)在面試的時候需要說的東西都不太一樣,但是回答的套路和結(jié)構(gòu)卻大同小異,希望以上這些答案能夠給大家在整理回答問題的思路時,帶來一定的啟發(fā)。
