終止合同

Andrew: We aren’t going to renew our contract this year.

今年我們不再和你們續(xù)簽合同了.

Elizabeth: How come? I thought you were happy with our service.

為什么?我一直以為你對我們的服務是很滿意的.

Andrew: I was until this year. We have had several issues with on time product delivery. In our line of work, we can’t afford unreliable delivery.

原來是滿意的.但是你們今年不能準時送貨.我們這個行業(yè)不能承擔不穩(wěn)定送貨的危險.

Elizabeth: I wish you had brought this issue to my attention earlier. We would have addressed it immediately.

如果你早一點告訴我這個問題就好了.那么我們就可以即使處理這個問題了.

Andrew: As our account manager, I assumed you were aware of these delivery problems, which we have complained about repeatedly.

作為我們的客戶經(jīng)理,我人為你們該早知道送貨問題了,因為我們多次抱怨.

Elizabeth: Please give us the opportunity to redeem ourselves.
