“叫車(chē)軟件”司機(jī)劫殺女乘客

5月2日晚間，深圳一名女性通過(guò)滴滴出行軟件叫車(chē)出行后被司機(jī)搶劫財(cái)物并殺害。滴滴出行方面已經(jīng)確認(rèn)劫殺女乘客車(chē)輛系滴滴平臺(tái)順風(fēng)車(chē)，注冊(cè)身份車(chē)牌等信息屬實(shí)，而案發(fā)時(shí)車(chē)牌為臨時(shí)偽造。目前，犯罪嫌疑人已被警方逮捕，案件還在調(diào)查中。

A car-hailing app driver who robbed and killed a 24-year-old woman passenger on Monday in the southern city of Shenzhen has been arrested in Baoan district on Tuesday, according to Nanshan district police.

據(jù)深圳南山區(qū)警方通報(bào)，5月2日搶劫并殺害24歲女乘客的叫車(chē)軟件司機(jī)已經(jīng)在深圳市寶安區(qū)被逮捕。

我們先來(lái)了解一下事件的大致經(jīng)過(guò)：

A teacher surnamed Zhong booked a ride on the car-hailing platform from Nanshan to her school at Baoan Monday evening.

周一晚間，這名姓鐘的老師通過(guò)叫車(chē)平臺(tái)約了一輛車(chē)從南山區(qū)前往位于寶安區(qū)的學(xué)校。

She took a photo of the vehicle's license plate and sent it to her family before she got into the vehicle.

她上車(chē)前拍了一張所乘車(chē)輛的車(chē)牌照片發(fā)給家人。

The suspect received Zhong's order and picked her up around 9 pm on Monday. He drove to an isolated area and used a knife to force her to hand over her valuables and then killed her.

嫌疑人接了鐘女士的訂單，大約在晚上9點(diǎn)接她上車(chē)。他把車(chē)開(kāi)到僻靜的地方，用一把刀威脅鐘女士交出身上的財(cái)物，之后將其殺害。

She did not call back home till 11 pm and her phone was off. The woman's husband called the car-hailing platform late Monday and discovered that the driver had cancelled the ride, and the driver could not be reached as his phone was off. The family reported the matter to police.

當(dāng)晚11點(diǎn)，她還沒(méi)有打電話回家，而且電話關(guān)機(jī)。她的丈夫通過(guò)叫車(chē)平臺(tái)聯(lián)系司機(jī)，發(fā)現(xiàn)司機(jī)已將訂單取消，手機(jī)關(guān)機(jī)。于是，家人報(bào)警。

這兩年，關(guān)于叫車(chē)軟件(car-hailing apps)到底該不該被合法化的問(wèn)題一直都是熱議話題。叫車(chē)軟件除了提供常規(guī)的出租車(chē)叫車(chē)服務(wù)(taxi-hailing service)以外，還延伸出了專(zhuān)車(chē)(tailored taxi service)、順風(fēng)車(chē)(ride sharing)、快車(chē)(fast ride)等不同級(jí)別的車(chē)輛定制服務(wù)，的確為公眾的出行提供了不少便利。

與此同時(shí)，叫車(chē)軟件平臺(tái)接入的車(chē)輛司機(jī)資質(zhì)審核一直受到關(guān)注。據(jù)深圳市交通委發(fā)布的一份報(bào)告顯示，在叫車(chē)軟件平臺(tái)登記運(yùn)營(yíng)的司機(jī)中，約有1425人曾有濫用毒品記錄(drug abuse)，另有1662人曾有嚴(yán)重刑事犯罪記錄(serious criminal records )。
