　　1. 解詞釋義

　　Hitch的本意是“繩子的結(jié)”，引申為“障礙，阻礙”或“問(wèn)題，困難”。習(xí)語(yǔ)without a hitch的意思就是“毫無(wú)阻礙地，順利無(wú)阻地”也就是是“成功地，一帆風(fēng)順地”。

　　2. 拓展例句

　　e.g. The five-hour operation went without a hitch.

　　5小時(shí)的手術(shù)進(jìn)行得非常順利。

　　e.g. The transaction passed off without a hitch.

　　這筆生意順利地做成了。

　　e.g. It went off without a hitch.

　　《馬耳他之鷹》的拍攝進(jìn)展順利。

　　Ps 1：pass on是“傳遞，傳給”的意思。此處，表示“傳達(dá)，轉(zhuǎn)告”的意思，pass on one one’s idea tosb.的意思就是“轉(zhuǎn)告某人的想法”。例如：

　　The winner is passing the money on to a selection of her favourite charities.
