On their first day they are wandering around New York City. 有兩個(gè)人移民到美國(guó)，第一天便在紐約市內(nèi)到處閑逛。 [00:14.27]After many hours of sightseeing both people are hungry. 逛了幾個(gè)小時(shí)，兩人都餓了， [00:18.13]They then come up to a street vendor selling hot dogs. 便想去賣(mài)熱狗的路邊攤買(mǎi)東西吃。 [00:22.22]One says to the other in a shocked tone, "My God. Do they eat dogs in America?" 其中一個(gè)人口氣驚訝地對(duì)另一個(gè)說(shuō)：“我的天，美國(guó)有在吃狗肉啊?” [00:30.04]"I don't know!" says the other, equally appalled. “我不知道耶!”另一個(gè)人同樣驚訝地說(shuō)道。 [00:34.06]"Well," says the first, "We're going to be Americans, so we must do as they do." “那么，”第一個(gè)人說(shuō)：“既然我們要當(dāng)美國(guó)人，那就得入鄉(xiāng)隨俗才行。” [00:39.20]They approach the vendor bravely.
