On their first day they are wandering around New York City. 有兩個人移民到美國，第一天便在紐約市內(nèi)到處閑逛。 [00:14.27]After many hours of sightseeing both people are hungry. 逛了幾個小時，兩人都餓了， [00:18.13]They then come up to a street vendor selling hot dogs. 便想去賣熱狗的路邊攤買東西吃。 [00:22.22]One says to the other in a shocked tone, "My God. Do they eat dogs in America?" 其中一個人口氣驚訝地對另一個說：“我的天，美國有在吃狗肉啊?” [00:30.04]"I don't know!" says the other, equally appalled. “我不知道耶!”另一個人同樣驚訝地說道。 [00:34.06]"Well," says the first, "We're going to be Americans, so we must do as they do." “那么，”第一個人說：“既然我們要當美國人，那就得入鄉(xiāng)隨俗才行。” [00:39.20]They approach the vendor bravely. "Two hot dogs, plaese." 他們于是鼓起勇氣來到攤販前面說：“要兩只熱狗。” [00:44.12]The vendor hands them their food in a pair of paper sacks. 小販用兩個紙簍各裝一支熱狗給他們， [00:49.46]The two immigrants sit on a park bunch to eat their lunch. 這兩個新來的移民便去公園長椅上坐下來準備吃午餐。 [00:53.04]One looks inside his sack, hesitates and turns to his partner and says, "Uh, which part of the dog did you get?" 其中一個人看了一下紙袋里面的東西，猶豫了一會兒，轉(zhuǎn)頭對他的同伴說：“嗯，你拿到的是狗的哪個部位?”
