You:Have you ever heard about Man Han Chuan Xiat all?
David:I am not sure. What was it like?
You:In the Qing Dynasty the court invented aspecial type of cuisine for the royal family, whichincluded many elaborate dishes at one meal. It is called Man Han Quan Xi.
David:Sounds good. Let's go have some now.
You:It's practically impossible now because there are probably only a few people in the worldwho know how to make it. They say it takes three to four days for them to make just one meal.
David:It's very time consuming.
You:I think some people do eat it, but most people don't have the chance to.
David:It's a fast paced world today. People don't have time to cook for five days for a meal.
You:That's not the problem. The problem is that most people don't know how to cook itbecause there are so many kinds of dishes.
