　　語言點:句子結構分析:recognise后面的that引導賓語從句;belief后面的that引導同位語從句，解釋說明belief。

　　語言點:as long ago as往往被譯為“早在。”

　　語言點1:句子結構分析:committee與represent是邏輯上的主謂關系，只是represent用了現在分詞的形式，引導現在分詞短語作committee的定語。

　　語言點2:be qualified to do sth.的意思是“有資格做某事。”
