HuoYingdong, a great and kind businessman who achieved a lot of successes in the modern society, died in September, 2006.
HuoYingdong was born in Hong Kong in May, 1923. Having been a worker, he helped to manage a small shop. And then he set foot in real estate, after which he established Macao Tourism 霍英東，著名的慈善商人，于2006年9月去世。他一生取得了相當大的成就。
Entertainment Company. In 1994 he was rewarded as honored PHD by American university. In 1995 he was rewarded as honored PHD in society by Hong Kong University. In 1995 he won the silver prize which was set up by The International Olympic Committee.
1923年5月霍英東出生于香港。他當過工人，幫著經營過小商店。之后他涉足于房地產事業(yè)，然后創(chuàng)辦了澳門旅游娛樂公司。1994年被美國的一所大學授予人文學名譽博士學位。1995年被香港大學授予社會科學名譽博士學位。1995年獲國際奧委會奧林匹克銀質勛章。
What was most admired is that he was rewarded the Great Redbud Medal by Hong Kong government.
最令人欽羨的是他于1997年7月被授予香港特區(qū)政府大紫荊勛章。
