A:Three boxes of your product didn't coincide with your sample last time.
上次你們的貨物中有三箱品質(zhì)規(guī)格與樣品不符。
B:I've no idea of what is happening. There hasn't been such a thing with us. Maybe the factory sent the wrong boxes.
這是怎么回事，我們從來(lái)沒(méi)發(fā)生過(guò)這樣的事。也許是工廠方面搞錯(cuò)了。
A:Here is what differs from your sample.
這是與樣品不符的東西。
B:I got it. I am contacting the factory right now.
我馬上與廠方聯(lián)系。
B:I am sorry and we are responsible for the mistake we will exchange all merchandises that fall short of our sample.
這次差錯(cuò)完全使我們的責(zé)任。非常抱歉。與樣品不符合的貨物全部無(wú)償調(diào)換。
A:We will not get to the bottom since this is the first claim.
這次是第一次發(fā)生索賠，所以我們就不再深究了。
B:There won't be such things.
以后一定不會(huì)發(fā)生這類(lèi)事了。
