Marcus: I got the letter. Thanks.
馬可斯：我看過你給我留的信了，謝謝。
Fiona: Oh, my God. I'd forgotten.
費(fèi)安娜：唉，我都忘了。
Marcus: You forgot? You forgot a suicide letter?
馬可斯：你忘了?你忘了自己的遺書?
Fiona: Well , I didn' t think I'd have to remember it, did I? Did you read the part where I said I'd always love you?
費(fèi)安娜：我想不一定非得記住。看了我永遠(yuǎn)愛你的那部分嗎?
Marcus: It's a bit hard for you to love me when you're dead, isn't it?
馬可斯：如果你死了，還能永遠(yuǎn)愛我嗎?
Fiona: I' m sorry. I can understand why you' re angry, Marcus, but I don' t feel the same as I did yesterday, if that' s any help.
費(fèi)安娜：對(duì)不起。我知道你很生氣，可我現(xiàn)在比昨天好多了，這會(huì)不會(huì)讓你消消氣?
Marcus: What? It's all just gone away? All that?
馬可斯：好多了?就那樣簡(jiǎn)單?
Fiona: No, but at the moment, I feel better.
費(fèi)安娜：不，不是的，我現(xiàn)在好多了。
Marcus: The moment's no good to me. I can see you feel better at the moment. You just put the kettle-on. But what happens when you finish your tea? What happens when I go back to school? I can't watch you all the time.
馬可斯：就現(xiàn)在沒用的，我知道，你現(xiàn)在好多了，你剛剛燒了水。但是喝完茶后呢?我上學(xué)后呢?我不能整天盯著你。
Fiona: I know. I have to look after each other, the two of us.
費(fèi)安娜：我知道，我們兩個(gè)要互相照顧。
Marcus: Suddenly , I realized: Two people isn't enough. You need a backup. If there are only two people and someone drops off the edge, then you' re on your own. Two isn't a large enough number. You need three, at least.
馬可斯：我突然覺得，兩個(gè)人是不夠的，得有個(gè)后備。兩個(gè)人中，如果有一個(gè)人不行，另外一個(gè)就孤孤單單了。兩個(gè)大少了。至少得三個(gè)。
Fiona: Three what?
費(fèi)安娜：三個(gè)什么?
Marcus: Nothing. But I'd had a great idea.
馬可斯：沒什么。不過我有了個(gè)好主意。
