Soybeans are one of the world’s great high-protein,low-fat foods.Farmers are planting more soybeans every year,while food processors keep developing new ways of mashing,crushing and turning them into good-tasting food,like soy granules,which you can find at natural food stores and growing numbers of regular groceries.These granules,when added to other foods,are high in nutrition and have a taste and texture just like meat,yet without a gram of fat.
