② question表示“提問(wèn),詢問(wèn)”,常指在教學(xué)或探索問(wèn)題的過(guò)程中多次提出問(wèn)題;question也可表示“審問(wèn),盤(pán)問(wèn),質(zhì)疑”。

③ inquire是較正式用語(yǔ),指深入打聽(tīng)某事或詢問(wèn)某事的實(shí)際情況。

④ interrogate表示“訊問(wèn),審問(wèn)”,正式而又系統(tǒng)性強(qiáng)。
The judge interrogated the criminal. 法官審問(wèn)了罪犯。
