　　Who says... ?誰(shuí)說(shuō)……了？

　　當(dāng)對(duì)對(duì)方的話(huà)無(wú)法表示同意的時(shí)候用 Who says 主語(yǔ)+動(dòng)詞？來(lái)表示。但是，Who can say 主語(yǔ)+動(dòng)詞？表示的是“誰(shuí)會(huì)說(shuō)……呢”，也就是說(shuō)任何人都不知道，也可以用 Who's to say 主語(yǔ)+動(dòng)詞？來(lái)表示。

　　例句：

　　What? Who says that?

　　什么？誰(shuí)說(shuō)的？

　　Who says I can't handle it?

　　誰(shuí)說(shuō)我不能處理好？
