現(xiàn)在出國，當?shù)厣畋纫郧耙呀浫菀自S多。但是，新移民、留學生又會遇到新問題、新挑戰(zhàn)。今天，Jenny, Adam就說說中國人到國外最不習慣、最難適應的幾件事。

#1.倒垃圾!

Throwing out garbage: 倒垃圾、扔垃圾

Should be a no-brainer：應該是再簡單不過的事

But there's a huge difference: 但是差異很大

垃圾分類很燒腦!

Recycling: 垃圾分類、再循環(huán)

Garbage can/bin: 垃圾桶

Confusing label: 標簽有時讓人很搞不清

You need to deconstruct and recycle everything in the appropriate bin: 一件東西要拆解，扔到對應的分類垃圾箱

Even locals get confused: 連外國本地人都搞不清

#2.過馬路、乘公交

You need to press a button to cross the road, especially on smaller roads: 過馬路，特別是一些小馬路，要先按一下按鈕，才會跳行人燈

Getting off buses: 下公車

Pull the cord or press the bell to let the driver know you're getting off: 要拉繩、或者按鈴，讓司機知道你要下車

On some buses, the driver won't open the door, you need to push the door to get off: 有些公車，司機不會控制下車門，要自己推開門

#3.和陌生人說話

Small talk & pleasantries with strangers: 和陌生人說話、寒暄

One-on-one situations: 特別是一對一的情況下

Elevator ride: 比如坐電梯，電梯上只有你們兩個人

Or cashier: 或者商店收銀員

怎么和陌生人寒暄?

先簡單打招呼：

"Hi, Hello"

然后，根據(jù)一天不同時段改變問候內容：

早上說："Have a good day!"

中午或下午說："Enjoy the rest of your day!"

晚上說："Have a great evening!" 或者"Enjoy the rest of your evening!"

這么多，太搞了!那就說這句，一天任何時候都能用!

"Have a good one!"

沒有什么具體意思，"one"也不指代什么特定的東西。但是，是萬用百搭的寒暄方式!

#4.家電設置

Household electrical products: 家電

Extremely cold fridge：冰箱特別冷

冰箱有兩種說法：

Refridgerator: 正式

Fridge: 口語

Default temperature: 設置溫度

I didn't even freeze the food, but it comes out frozen with frost: 沒放冷凍, 只是冷藏，東西就凍住、結霜了

#5.各類蔬菜都生吃

Food that Chinese typically don't eat raw: 中國人不生吃的東西, 外國人都生吃

比如：

Broccoli: 西蘭花

Cauliflower: 花菜

Mushroom: 蘑菇

Foreigners love to snack on veggie with dip: 外國人很愛把這些蔬菜蘸醬，當零食吃

We can make stir-fry: 我們中國人可以買來直接炒菜

Saves time from washing and cutting: 省去洗、切的工序
