1. Change your schedule once in a while.

S.M.A.R.T. goals are goals that are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Time-Oriented. Time Oriented means that you want to achieve the goal by a certain time or date. Set your SMART goals in writing and watch your success soar.
