金茂控股首席財(cái)務(wù)官受邀到香港廉政公署會(huì)面

The chief financial officer of China Jinmao Holdings, the property arm of state-owned chemicals group Sinochem, has been asked to visit Hong Kong’s Independent Commission Against Corruption, which also searched the company’s principal office in the territory.

國(guó)有化工集團(tuán)中化集團(tuán)(Sinochem)旗下的房地產(chǎn)公司中國(guó)金茂控股(China Jinmao Holdings)的首席財(cái)務(wù)官受邀到香港廉政公署(ICAC)會(huì)面，廉政公署還搜查了金茂位于香港的主要辦事處。

The China-focused real estate investment and development group revealed the developments in a late-night filing on Tuesday to the Hong Kong stock exchange.

這家專注于中國(guó)的房地產(chǎn)投資與開發(fā)公司周二深夜在一份提交給香港交易所(HKEx)的文件中披露了上述事態(tài)。

The company said Jing Nan, CFO and an executive director at Jinmao, had been “invited to visit [the ICAC] in relation to an investigation, following the execution of a search warrant by the ICAC in the Company’s principal office in Hong Kong”.

金茂表示，公司執(zhí)行董事及首席財(cái)務(wù)官江南受廉政公署邀請(qǐng)“就一項(xiàng)調(diào)查到廉署會(huì)面，此前，廉署人員曾到訪本公司位于香港的主要辦事處以執(zhí)行一項(xiàng)搜查令”。

Jinmao said the investigation was in relation to an alleged contravention of Hong Kong’s Prevention of Bribery Ordinance and that it had been required by the ICAC to provide documents and records, but added: 金茂表示，這一調(diào)查與涉嫌觸犯香港《防止賄賂條例》(Prevention of Bribery Ordinance)有關(guān)。該公司已應(yīng)廉署要求提供某些文件及記錄，但其補(bǔ)充道：

As far as the Company is aware, none of the Company or any of its subsidiaries is a subject of the investigation. … The Board wishes to clarify that the above investigation has not had and is not expected to have any adverse effect to the business, operations and financial status of the Group in the ordinary course.

Jinmao, the flagship real estate business of China’s Sinochem Group, listed on the Hong Kong stock exchange in 2007 as Franshion Properties (China) Limited, changing its English name to China Jinmao in September 2015. Parent Sinochem is widely expected to merge with state-run rival ChemChina in 2018 to create the world’s largest chemicals group.

金茂是中化集團(tuán)旗下的旗艦房地產(chǎn)業(yè)務(wù)，于2007年以Franshion Properties (China) Limited(方興地產(chǎn)(中國(guó))有限公司)的公司名在港交所上市，并在2015年9月將其英文公司名改為China Jinmao(中國(guó)金茂)。外界廣泛預(yù)計(jì)其母公司中化集團(tuán)將與國(guó)有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手中國(guó)化工(ChemChina)在2018年合并，合并后的企業(yè)將成為世界最大的化工集團(tuán)。
